New data shows tablets had the highest CTR in Q3
Data gathered from analysing billions of impressions served from 1 July to 30 September 30 2017 shows that tablet ad impressions drove 1.13% click-through rates. That figure is the highest of any device in many different verticals including automotive, consumer goods, financial, food, drink, home, retail, technology, travel and utilities. Apple’s Intelligent Tracking Prevention and behavioural retargeting
Safari's autumn release of macOS High Sierra included a feature called Intelligent Tracking Prevention, an initiative designed to beef up Apple’s efforts to block third-party trackers from capturing cross-site browsing data for ad targeting purposes. Facebook cashed in with $709m from AdBlock users, what are you doing about it?
In Q3 2016, Facebook took a stand against Ad Blockers, and implemented an AdBlock circumvention system that allows them to show advertising to AdBlock users.
